I love solving sudoku puzzles ranging from easy to hard. I have observed that easier ones have >30 digits pre-filled, while harder ones have <26 digits pre-filled. However, this is more of an observation than a rule. e.g. Hard puzzles still appear difficult at times, even when I have managed to fill in 5-6 blank spaces. Of course, there comes a point when the sparseness is substantially reduced, and it looks trivial thereafter. Naturally, there is more to the complexity of a sudoku than just the # of pre-filled digits. Perhaps the arrangement or pattern?

i can solve the rubiks cube and i named the sides y,x,and z axis.i also love sudoku and many puzzles but im confused steal.i **** algebra but geometry is easy for me.you think what’s the problem?

I want to know everyones average time to solve a sudoku and what difficulty or Level it is. Difficulty: (Easy, Medium, Hard, Evil.)

Avg. Time: 10:16
Difficulty: Evil.

I’m not trying to rub it in because I know tons of people that are better than me.

I love doing sudoku but I can never make the puzzle work out in the end. I’ve started like 10 and haven’t been able to finish them. Is there a secret to solving them? Or just an easy way to figure them out? Because I would really love to know how to do them the right way. Thanks!

I mean hard, I have the brown belt sudoku book, and it’s way too easy, as well as the Mensa sudoku. I’ve played the brain age sudoku on Nintendo DS and solved all of them, I like the hard ones on there, that’s what I’m looking for.

Been playing sudoku on line and I do easy puzzles just over 20 minutes. I notice some people do it in less than 10. Whats the best way to play?
