do you mean is it like pac man or rubics cube where everyone discovers the same pattern repeated solves the puzzle? No.
I always try to figure the middle number first when not provided. As puzzles get more difficult that trick seldom works.
even though that puzzle is hard there is no fun if you cheat but i think they have cheat sheets
