Major Help on quetion my teacher ask that nobody figure out it 21 years?

easy sudoku
Serena asked:

Okay you have 9 squares with 1-9. No it is not sudoku! I know how to do that, anyway, you have to put all the numbers without repeating so that in every row, coloum(sp?), and diagonal(sp?) add up to the same number. But that is the easy part! You have to find the pattern so that with every odd number thing you can do it using that pattern. So you can use it on a 3 by 3; or a 101 by 101; or 15 by15 you get it?
Yeah the Magic Square thats it! She told us this in 7th grade and she subtitudied for our teacher and to keep us occupied she did this! Thank You for telling me the name and yeas there is a pattern.

Your question reminds me of the Magic Square that a teacher of mine once shower me. Check out this website and I am almost sure you will be able to figure out your answer. It is somewhat simple, I think.

If I think of how to better answer your question after looking into this a bit more, I will, but I’m not making any promises.
