Where did the good Yahoo Sudoku puzzle go?

Until a few days ago, Yahoo had a really good format for Sudoku puzzles that were available in easy, medium and hard every day. It allowed you to make notations in the squares as you went along, just as if you were doing it on paper. Suddenly it was replaced by the puzzle in the current format. I would sure like to know if the previous style is available at another site.

    I know that some local newspapers do that. On my local newspaper’s website you can do sudokus in that format. There is one each day. Certain days are harder than others so you can pick whatever you want.
    Or you could just search for sudokus on Yahoo. I’ve done that and I found what I needed.
    But what I like to do best of all is just buy them in the books to do them. Much easier than the computer!
